Self-Defense Training Camp - 微軟 Xbox 360 Kinect

The Kinect actually tracks my kicks and punches well enough that I break a real sweat within ten minutes. It's a solid way to practice basic self-defense moves at home without needing a partner or any equipment.

The Kinect tracking is surprisingly accurate for a self-defense trainer, so you can really focus on your footwork and blocks without fighting the sensor. It’s a fun way to practice basic moves at home, though I wish there were a few more advanced drills to keep it challenging past the first week.

It’s a solid workout, and the virtual instructor guides you through realistic moves. Setup was easy with the Kinect, though the range of drills feels a bit limited after a week.
