我的健身教練 - 任天堂 Wii

I've been using this as a warm-up before my actual workouts, and the customizable routines keep me from getting bored. The trainer's cues are clear enough to follow on my Wii, and it's nice having a virtual coach push me.

The workout routines are surprisingly varied for a Wii fitness title, and the virtual coach actually corrects your form between exercises. My arms and legs were sore the next day, which tells me it’s doing real work.

I was pleasantly surprised by how many different workout routines are packed into this game, and the customizable calendar feature helps me stay on track. The coaching cues are clear enough that I’m actually breaking a sweat in my living room.
