Rider positioning actually matters here—lean too far and you’ll eat dirt, which is way more engaging than the old arcade-style games. The Xbox 360 version runs smooth enough, and the original release disc arrived in perfect shape, scratched-free and ready to boot up.

The active rider physics system makes each race feel totally different from the last, especially when you're leaning into corners. The reflexes really kick in during those intense rhythm sections. This game has me hooked after just a few laps.

I finally got the hang of the rhythm-based timing on the whoops sections, and it completely changes how the game flows. The open-world free ride mode is a nice break when I need a breather from the chaos of the main races.
