Mole Mania - Nintendo Game Boy

I was skeptical about a puzzle game on such a small screen, but the mole mechanics are surprisingly clever and the levels feel fresh. It’s a great little cartridge that’s kept me entertained for hours during my commute.

This little Game Boy cartridge is surprisingly deep for a simple action-puzzle game. The controls feel responsive on the original hardware, and the mole-themed digging mechanics kept me hooked for hours.

The puzzles start simple but ramp up nicely—I was stuck on level 4-2 for a solid hour. That satisfying click when you finally roll the boulder into place keeps you coming back.
