EA Sports Active 更多鍛鍊 - Nintendo Wii

I’ve been using this with the leg strap bands and it’s great how the new exercises keep me from getting bored—my arms are actually sore the next day. The timer feature helps track rest periods better than the original game.

I’ve been using it for two weeks and the 6-week customizable calendar keeps me coming back. The resistance band integration feels more natural than the wrist-strap in the original disc.

The leg press challenge really gets my glutes firing in a way I didn't expect from a Wii game. The custom workout feature lets me target different areas each day, and the tracking keeps me motivated.
