Dark Souls II - Microsoft Xbox 360

The bonfire aesthetic and challenging enemy placement really capture that unforgiving feel I was hoping for, and the game runs great even after several hours of play. The character customization options are surprisingly deep for an older title, too.

The Xbox 360 version runs smoother than I expected given how dense the world gets, and the difficulty curve is brutal but fair. I’ve sunk about thirty hours in and the bonfire system keeps pulling me back for one more try.

Picked this up for my Xbox 360 and the bonfire system is exactly what I needed to chain attempts without losing my mind. The difficulty curve is brutal but fair, and I've already sunk twenty hours into one character build alone.
