Nintendo NES Controller (3rd Party)

The d-pad feels surprisingly crisp for a third-party option, and it fits my original console without any wobble. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and the buttons still respond exactly like they should on the first press.

I was worried a third-party pad wouldn’t feel right, but the button response is crisp and the whole thing handles like the original. The cable length is plenty for my setup, and it’s held up through a weekend of Super Mario Bros. marathons without any lag or sticking.

The d-pad on this thing is surprisingly tight, no mushy wiggle like I feared. Plugged it straight into my old console and it worked first try, no adapter nonsense. Honestly it feels close enough to the original that I forget it's not one.
