WWF Superstars 2 - Nintendo Game Boy

The controls for the body slams are surprisingly responsive for a Game Boy cartridge, and the match timer adds just the right tension. This one captures the feel of the old-school arcade wrestling games perfectly.

The controls are tight for a Game Boy game, making it easy to pull off signature moves. Being able to play as all the major WWF wrestlers on the go was a huge plus for me.

It’s hard to believe this much wrestling action fits on a Game Boy cartridge, the roster and move sets are surprisingly deep for a portable title. I was really impressed by how smooth the grapple system runs on the old hardware.
