ExerBeat - 닌텐도 Wii

The workout tracking actually motivates me to push through one more song, and the routines flow together surprisingly well for a dance game. My heart rate gets up without feeling like a chore, which is exactly what I needed.

I was worried my coordination would be a mess, but the personalized workout tracking keeps me coming back for more. The music selection is catchy enough that even my husband joins in sometimes.

The dance routines sync up surprisingly well with the Wii remote, and the workout mode actually gets my heart rate up in a way I didn’t expect from a fitness game. I’ve used it three times this week just for the cardio sessions, and it’s way more fun than I thought it’d be.
