빅게스트 루저 얼티밋 워크아웃 - Microsoft Xbox 360 Kinect

I was pleasantly surprised by how well the Kinect picks up my movements, and the calorie tracker keeps me honest during the workout. The multiple difficulty options let me push myself without getting frustrated. It's a solid way to get moving at home.

The Kinect actually tracks my form on moves like squats and lunges, which keeps me honest when I’d normally slack off. I’ve used it four times this week and the calorie burn feels real.

I’d been stuck in the same three workout DVDs for years, but this Kinect routine actually makes me move around the living room like I mean it. The way it tracks my motion on the Xbox 360 feels surprisingly accurate, and choosing the condition option meant I got a solid copy without paying full price
