X-Men Mutant Wars - Nintendo Game Boy Color

Honestly surprised how well it runs on the Game Boy Color—the sprite layouts are tight and the action stays smooth even during big mutant brawls. Cart came clean, no scratches, and it booted up instantly. Exactly what I wanted for a nostalgic afternoon.

Picked this up for my old Game Boy Color, and the mutant roster is surprisingly deep for a cartridge game. The action stays fun even if the controls feel a bit stiff at first.

The side-scrolling action feels just like the arcade game, and the sprite animations are surprisingly detailed for a Game Boy Color cartridge. I’ve spent hours replaying levels to unlock different X-Men characters.
