Spiderman X-Men Arcade's Revenge - Sega Genesis

I finally got to play as both Spidey and the X-Men with all four levels accessible right from the start, and the cartridge booted up perfectly on my Genesis. The manual is a nice touch too, showing the special moves for each character.

Both cartridges in this set booted up on my old Genesis without a hitch, and the box art is still vibrant after all these years. It’s a solid collection of levels, even if the controls take a minute to get used to again.

Man, the nostalgia hit hard the second I popped this in—the cartridge is clean, loads up instantly, and the manual still has that old paper smell. I spent a whole afternoon just replaying the X-Men levels and forgot how tricky the wall-crawling sections were.
