マイ・ウェイト・ロス・コーチ ビッグボックス - ニンテンドーDS

I’ve been logging my meals in the food diary daily, and the mini-challenges keep me motivated between workouts. The touchscreen controls are responsive and make tracking progress feel effortless.

I was skeptical a game could actually help with weight loss, but logging meals and workouts on the DS touch screen is surprisingly straightforward. The daily planner feature makes it easy to set small, realistic goals without feeling overwhelmed.

The daily goal tracker keeps me honest, and setting reminders on the DS actually helped me stick with it. It’s not a miracle cure, but for a game, it’s surprisingly motivating.
