Deadliest Warrior Ancient Combat - Microsoft Xbox 360

Getting the timing right for each warrior's special move takes practice, but the roster is surprisingly deep for an older Xbox 360 title. The gladiator combat feels weighty and responsive, making each hit land with satisfying impact.

I've been playing through the arena modes with different warriors, and the combat feels surprisingly responsive for an older game. The Spartan's shield bash is incredibly satisfying to land.

The character roster is a blast from the past—each fighter’s move set feels true to their historical weapons, and the arena fights get brutally intense. I’ve sunk hours into the versus mode with a friend, and the pacing keeps every round exciting.
