Adventure Island II - Nintendo Game Boy

I was a bit worried about it being a loose cartridge, but the pins were clean and it booted right up on my Game Boy. The platforming controls are surprisingly tight for such an old game, and the level design keeps pulling me back for just one more try.

The cartridge is in good shape and loads up immediately with no glitches, which was a relief since I bought it loose. Jumping back into this old-school platformer on my Game Boy feels just like I remember.

The save feature actually works perfectly, so I can pick up right where I left off during commutes. It’s a solid little cartridge that’s held up through a full playthrough without a single glitch.
