UFC Personal Trainer - Microsoft Xbox 360 Kinect

I've been using this for a few weeks and my core feels much stronger from the ground-based drills. The punch combos are surprisingly accurate with the camera tracking.

The kinect actually tracks my kicks and punches without making me recalibrate every five minutes, and the cardio sessions leave me genuinely gassed. I've been using it three times a week for a month now, and the sweat is proof it works.

The kick detection is way more precise than I expected, so my form stays honest even when I'm exhausted. I've done three sessions this week and my shoulders are already sore in that satisfying way.
