Tropico 4 - Microsoft Xbox 360

The mission-style levels have so much personality, and the multiple condition options let me grab a mint copy for my shelf without breaking the bank. I've sunk hours into building my island empire and the pacing never feels unfair, even on a controller.

Honestly, I kept coming back to this one long after finishing the main story. The multiple inclusion options meant I could grab the version with the extras I actually wanted, and the campaign's pacing hooked me for weeks.

The campaign management is surprisingly deep for a console port, and the election mechanics keep things tense even in the late game. I've sunk about 20 hours in already and it's still throwing new disasters at me.
