The Princess and the Frog - Nintendo DS

Finally a DS game that actually respects the movie, the level design is varied and the touch screen puzzles feel natural rather than tacked on. I picked the cartridge-only option and it arrived in clean shape, no scratches, worked right away.

The music and art style really capture the movie’s New Orleans vibe, and the touch-screen controls for Tiana’s platforming sections feel smooth and responsive.

Finally, a game that lets you live out the movie instead of just watching it. The touch-screen mini-games with the fireflies are surprisingly fun. My daughter has been playing it non-stop since it arrived.
