Skullgirls 2nd Encore - Sony PS Vita

The character animations are so fluid during combos that the hand-drawn art style really shines on the Vita screen. I’ve been playing through the story mode and the voice acting adds a lot of personality to each fight.

The fighting mechanics are incredibly deep for a handheld game, and the hand-drawn animation looks gorgeous on the Vita’s screen. I’ve put over 20 hours into it and still haven’t unlocked everything.

The PS Vita version runs smooth as butter, and the load times are quick enough that I’m right back into the combo trials without any patience lost. It’s a clean, tested copy that plays exactly like it should, so I’m finally getting my fill of fighting game goodness on the go.
