Pirates of the Caribbean At World's End - Sony PlayStation 2 (PS2)

The combat system flows really well once you get the hang of parrying enemy attacks. I’ve been playing through the story mode and the ship-to-ship battles are a nice change of pace. Definitely worth picking up if you like the movies.

Swinging from ship to ship feels surprisingly smooth for a PS2 game, and the voice acting from the film cast adds a lot of atmosphere. The level where you escape the massive maelstrom really captures the movie's chaos.

The combat system really shines when you chain sword moves together, and the PS2 version runs smooth enough that I never felt cheated by lag. Took me back to the movie's chaos perfectly.
