NHL 11 - Microsoft Xbox 360

I was skeptical about a hockey game holding up, but the precision passing and improved goalie AI in this one kept every match feeling fresh. The online leagues are still active enough to find a quick game most nights.

The first time I skated into a one-timer and heard the boards rattle, I was hooked. Fast-paced is an understatement, this is the closest thing to being on the ice from my couch.

I’ve been playing for weeks and the new stick physics add a ton of realism to passes and shots. The skating feels much smoother than previous versions, making breakaways a blast. Definitely the best hockey game I’ve owned for the 360.
