NASCAR Heat - Nintendo Game Boy Color

The AI opponents actually put up a decent fight on the higher difficulty settings, which surprised me for an old Game Boy Color racer. Plenty of tracks to unlock too, so it’s kept me busy during lunch breaks.

Bought this for the long car ride to my cousin's place and honestly it kept me busy way longer than expected. The cartridge was in solid shape for being loose, and it loads up quick with no glitches on my old GBC.

For a Game Boy Color racer, the controls are surprisingly responsive and the career mode has real depth. I've been playing through different tracks and it's kept my attention longer than I expected. Definitely a solid pick for racing fans on the go.
