جيليان مايكلز فيتنيس ألتيمايتوم 2011 - نينتندو وي

The custom workout builder in this game lets me really target specific problem areas, and the calorie tracker keeps me honest. I’ve been using it for two weeks and already feel stronger going through the guided routines.

I was skeptical about using a video game for exercise, but the calorie tracker in this one really motivates me to push harder each session. It's surprisingly effective for a quick cardio workout, and I actually feel it the next day.

The guided workout routines actually keep me moving for the full session, and the motion controls track pretty well. I'm already feeling sore in a good way after just a few days.
