Golf - Nintendo Game Boy

I was surprised how well the cartridge worked for its age — no loading issues at all. The simple swing mechanic is just as relaxing as I remember from years ago.

The cartridge came clean and loaded on the first try, no flickering. It's so easy to just play a quick nine holes when I have a few minutes. The simple swing meter is all you need for a satisfying round.

The simple pick-up-and-play format is exactly what I wanted for a quick round on the bus, and the cartridge itself is in surprisingly good shape for its age. Only knock is the lack of any save feature, but that’s just how the original was, so I can’t really complain.
