Go, Diego, Go Great Dinosaur Rescue - Nintendo DS

It’s a straightforward action-adventure game that keeps my daughter busy for a solid 20 minutes at a time, which says a lot for a kids’ DS title. The dinosaur-themed levels are engaging enough that she doesn’t need help figuring out what to do next. Glad I picked the complete version with the case,

My five-year-old picked this up instantly and was guiding Diego through the dino rescues within minutes, which is rare for her with a DS game. The cartridge arrived in great shape and loaded without a hiccup, so we were playing together right away.

The touch-screen controls for digging up fossils are surprisingly intuitive, and my little one figured them out on her own within minutes. She’s been happily playing through the rescue missions for days now.
