FIFA 2005 - Nintendo GameCube

The through balls actually work this time, making it way easier to set up scoring chances than in past versions. I've been hooked on the career mode for weeks now.

I’ve been playing this on my GameCube every weekend since it arrived, and the accessible gameplay makes it perfect for jumping straight into a match with friends. It’s a classic soccer experience that holds up surprisingly well for its age.

The passing feels more responsive than I remember from older FIFA games, and the graphics hold up well on the GameCube. It's a solid pick for any soccer fan looking for a nostalgic match. Only wish the soundtrack had a few more tracks.
