EA Sports Active 2 - Microsoft Xbox 360 Kinect

The included resistance band and heart rate monitor add real variety to workouts, and the full-body tracking keeps me honest during squats. It’s nice having guided routines that actually push me without feeling repetitive.

I was surprised how much the heart rate monitor kept me honest during workouts. The exercises are varied enough that I haven't gotten bored yet. Makes me actually look forward to my daily routine.

The Kinect tracking actually makes you squat and lunge properly, not just flail around, so I feel the burn in my legs. For a used copy the disc and case came totally clean with all the manuals included.
