Car and Driver Presents Grand Tour Racing 98 - Sony PlayStation 1 (PS1)

The game arrived clean and the disc works perfectly on my PS1, the trident-style racing wheel control is surprisingly responsive. I’ve been replaying the career mode and it’s just as challenging as I remember from the 90s.

The game disc arrived clean and loaded without a hitch on my old PS1, and I love how the tracks have that classic 90s racing feel. The AI opponents actually put up a good fight, making each race feel competitive. I’ve been playing it for hours and it’s a solid addition to my retro collection.

The loading screen takes a bit, but once you're racing the tracks feel solid and the cars handle well for a PS1 game. It's clearly been tested and works great on my old console.
