Bode Miller Alpine Skiing - Sony PlayStation 2 (PS2)

The controls feel responsive and smooth once you get the hang of them, especially on the slalom courses. I've spent hours racing through the career mode, and the snow conditions actually change how you carve turns.

The career mode actually lets you unlock new gear and slopes, which kept me playing for hours. Graphics are crisp for an older PS2 title, and the controls feel responsive once you adjust to the timing.

The physics engine finally makes skiing feel like actual carving instead of just steering, and the downhill courses punish you for sloppy lines. It arrived complete with the manual and case, which was a nice bonus for a game this old.
