Alliance Alive (Launch Edition) - Nintendo 3DS

The custom soundtrack feature in the launch edition adds a nice nostalgic touch while exploring the world. It plays great on my old 3DS, and the turn-based battles feel polished.

Finally dove into this 3DS RPG and the story hooks you right from the opening scene. The cartridge was clean and the launch edition extras were still sealed inside the box.

The launch edition packaging feels sturdy, and the fact it’s complete-in-box with the manual and inserts intact made me smile before I even popped the cart in. The 3D effect on the field map genuinely surprised me for a 3DS title, and the battle system keeps me hooked past midnight.
